4. Clearing/wall ball/stick work
5. Ball Behind

7. Video Analysis
8. Rip o Ramah
9. Players Choice
10. Reaction
11. Sweeps
12. Arc and Angle Play
13. Basketball
We will have two coaches at each station. Each station will have five goalies in their group. When the four goalies are not in the cage, they will be working on the skill that is being taught in the cage with the second coach. This will allow for the goalies to receive twice the instruction at each cage. It will also allow the goalie to hear different philosophies about the same topic that is being taught.
